Everything You Need to Know About Logging In to the jlbd app
The login process on jlbd app is designed to be straightforward, so anyone can use it with ease. That said, knowing a few things in advance can save you from unnecessary hassle later.
Log In with Password
This is the fastest method. If you remember the password you set during registration, you can access the jlbd app in just a few seconds. Note that passwords are case-sensitive — uppercase and lowercase letters matter. Entering the wrong password 5 times in a row will temporarily lock your account.
Log In with OTP
If you've forgotten your password or are logging in from a new device, use the OTP method. Enter your mobile number and click "Send OTP" — a 6-digit code will arrive within 2 minutes. Enter the code in the designated field and you're in. OTPs are valid for 5 minutes — if yours expires, simply request a new one.
"Remember Me" Option
On your own device, you can check "Remember this device" — and you won't need to enter your password again for up to 30 days. Avoid using this option on shared devices or someone else's phone.
What to Do If You Can't Log In
Login failures are often caused by a poor internet connection — try refreshing the page and attempting again. If that doesn't work, switch to the OTP method. If your account is locked, wait 30 minutes or contact support.
Never log in to the jlbd app on public Wi-Fi or an unfamiliar network. Always log out after use — especially on someone else's device.
